Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Weggo, operated by Ranva Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”). By creating an account, placing an order, or sending a parcel, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Cancellation Policy.

1. The service
Weggo is a platform. It connects you with independent stores and restaurants for food and grocery orders, and it arranges parcel pickup and delivery inside the zones shown in the app. Unless we say otherwise on a specific order, the store is the seller of the goods. We provide the technology, payment collection, and delivery coordination.
Delivery zones, store hours, and item availability are shown in the app and can change.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and able to contract under Indian law. You must give a working mobile number and accurate delivery details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your OTP and password private. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse of refunds, or unlawful orders.
3. Orders
An order is an offer. A food or grocery order is confirmed when the store accepts it. A parcel order is confirmed when we accept the booking. Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and offers are shown before you pay. The store may substitute or refuse an item that is out of stock. If we or the store cannot fulfil the order, the amount you paid for the unfulfilled part is refunded under the Refund Policy.
You must be available at the delivery address, or authorise someone there to receive the order. Perishable food left with your consent, or left because you were unreachable after a reasonable attempt, may be treated as delivered.
4. Payments
You can pay by the methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, card, net banking, Weggo wallet, or cash on delivery, where that method is enabled.
- Online payments are processed by a payment gateway appointed by Ranva Technologies Pvt Ltd. You authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout, including item price, taxes, delivery fee, and tip if you add one.
- We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Those are handled by the payment gateway.
- If the bank or gateway confirms a payment, the order proceeds. If the payment fails, the order is not placed. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is refunded under the Refund Policy.
- Cash on delivery, where offered, is collected by the delivery partner for the Company or the store, as shown in the order.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. You are responsible for any bank charges your own bank applies.
5. Offers and wallet
Coupons and offers apply only when the conditions shown in the app are met. We may withdraw an offer that is misused. Wallet balance is for orders on Weggo, has no cash value except where a refund to the wallet is later paid out under the Refund Policy, and is not transferable.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and delivery
Cancellation is covered by the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Delivery timing shown in the app is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delay caused by weather, traffic, store preparation, or an incorrect address does not by itself create a refund, except where the Cancellation Policy or Refund Policy says so.
7. Acceptable use
You will not use Weggo to order or send anything illegal, unsafe, or prohibited, including weapons, narcotics, hazardous chemicals, currency, or items that a store or courier cannot legally carry. You will not interfere with the Platform, create false accounts, or abuse complaints and refunds.
8. Stores and delivery partners
Stores are responsible for the quality, preparation, and description of their goods. Delivery partners are responsible for carrying the order with reasonable care. We review complaints and can refund, re-deliver, or suspend a store or partner where the complaint is valid.
9. Intellectual property
The Weggo name, logo, and the Platform belong to Ranva Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy the brand or the software except as needed to use the service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a store’s goods once they match the order you placed. Our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify the Company against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or an item you tender for parcel delivery that you were not allowed to send.
12. Changes and suspension
We may update these Terms by posting the new version on this page. If you do not agree, stop using Weggo. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of the registered office of Ranva Technologies Pvt Ltd have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise. Please contact us through Help & Support first so we can try to resolve the issue.
